The Role
Lawyer with sound experience in civil litigation, estates, property transactions, family law and general practice experience, preferably at least 4 to 5 years post-admission.
Success will follow the lawyer who enjoys diverse client interactions, a busy practice with good work/life balance and the confidence to provide timely and efficient advice in a range of interesting situations.
Responsibilities
Autonomous and self-directed with broad-ranging litigation matters; drafting briefs for counsel; attending conferences with client and counsel; court attendances as required; leasing and property transactions.
Qualifications
Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and preferred working arrangement. Remuneration targets to be negotiated on commencement and regularly reviewed.

- Capacity to upskill in the above responsibilities as required and as client demands arise. You will bring a strong value adding work ethic, have a cheerful approach, enjoy legal work and continuously improving the operation of a small firm environment.
- You will be lateral minded with enthusiasm to take on new areas of the law.
- Your expertise and tenacity will be your greatest asset.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and effective oral and written communication skills are prerequisites.
