Your new role
As an Assistant Account Executive, you will support the work of our Account Executives and Account Managers in managing a portfolio of commercial clients, including SME businesses, franchise groups, and corporate clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing client invoices and managing client documentation
- Drafting client letters and communications
- Assisting in the management of client claims
- Fielding general client enquiries
- Providing general administration support
Experience required
- Minimum 18 months working within an insurance brokerage (Ideally within an Assistant Broker role
- Tier 2 minimum qualification, Tier 1 preferred
- Ideally you would have experience using Winbeat & SCTP
- Exceptional all round communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and key stakeholders
- Ability to accurately process and administer client invoices and documentation
