We're seeking a talented Sr. Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of a new launch Amazon project. You'll be responsible for laying the foundation for the marketing team and setting up the strategies. You'll work closely with marketing leads worldwide to scale the learnings to Australia.
You're a strong leader who can influence executives, prioritise, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to deliver excellent results within a strong and talented team. The role requires innovative thinking and a strong customer and quality focus, as well as an ability to drive change across multiple organisations.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive business growth
- Partner with WW marketing leads to leverage and adapt best practices
- Develop performance reports to inform business leaders

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing strategies. Your day might include analyzing market trends, crafting compelling campaign messages, and working with global teams to adapt successful initiatives for the local market. You'll have the opportunity to shape and engage with Amazon new project.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
