About the Role
Join our Supply Services Purchasing team based in our Ballarat Office and play a key role in supporting the procurement and delivery of goods across Grampians Health. You’ll help ensure equipment and supplies are ordered efficiently, catalogued accurately, and delivered on time to meet internal client needs.
Raise purchase orders and maintain supplier relationship- s Support the procurement process with accurate documentatio
- n Coordinate stock returns and updates to purchasing catalogue
- s Resolve invoice and payment queries with Accounts Payabl
- e Provide expert technical support to internal purchasing system

Key Responsibilities Generate and manage purchase orders for approva
- l Obtain supplier quotes and coordinate freight return
- s Maintain up-to-date product and supplier knowledg
- e Update and manage the purchasing catalogu
- e Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issue
- s Provide leadership and technical guidance to the purchasing tea

Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification or experience in procurement (preferred
- ) Strong Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skill
- s Knowledge of Epicor and ARM (Precise) systems a plu
- s Strong customer service focus and communication skill
- s Must hold a current Victorian Driver’s Licenc
