Knowledge Management Specialist (ServiceNow) - 2 Year FTC

At RBA, we are committed to excellence in IT service delivery. We are looking for a dedicated ServiceNow IT Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This role is based in the CBD with a hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in office. This role is crucial for governing and optimising our knowledge management processes within ServiceNow for our transformation programs. About the role
- Develop and implement governance strategies for IT knowledge management within ServiceNow.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of knowledge articles.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in all knowledge management activities.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions.
- Monitor and analyse the usage and effectiveness of the knowledge base, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Change management activities including communicate, train and support end-users on knowledge management best practices and tools.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality and relevance of knowledge content.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the capacity to understand the audience, tailoring all forms of correspondence, documentation, and customer service delivery to meet organisational standards and expectations.
- Prior experience within the project management lifecycle is advantageous.
