We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer fluent in Ruby on Rails and Elixir to architect systems that scale, lead with clarity, and help reshape the future of intelligent work.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve core Rails services - improve, refactor, and extend with care
• Build Elixir-based systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient by design
• Collaborate deeply with product and design to shape flexible, fast-moving infrastructure
• Build reliable APIs and integrations for Decidr and its customers
• Make smart architectural decisions and mentor early-career engineers

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years in production environments using Ruby on Rails and Elixir
• Deep experience designing scalable, distributed systems
• A calm communicator who thrives in ambiguity
• Strong architectural instincts — and a willingness to challenge assumptions
• A builder who also elevates the team around them
