About the Role:
Step into a high-impact role with Origin’s New Property Channel and drive real growth in a booming building sector. You’ll be at the forefront of winning new energy connection business, building powerful partnerships with builders, developers, and contractors. This is your chance to grow a thriving portfolio, lead key relationships, and influence commercial success across the residential property space. With strong cross-functional support, you’ll have everything you need to succeed—and make a big mark on Origin’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth by identifying and securing new property partners across builders, developers, and contractors.
- Develop and pitch compelling value propositions that win decision-makers and set Origin apart in the market.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage key industry sponsorships to boost Origin’s visibility and influence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve partner issues and ensure a seamless transition into Origin’s ecosystem.
- Track performance, ensure compliance, and manage budgets to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
- Unlock new revenue streams by exploring opportunities in adjacent products like solar and broadband.
- A proven hunter with a strong track record of winning new business in utilities or building-related industries.
- Relentless and driven—you don’t take no for an answer and thrive on chasing down opportunities.
- Commercially savvy, with a sharp eye for value and the ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Comfortable influencing a broad range of stakeholders—from senior executives to on-site tradies.
- Naturally curious and self-motivated, with a passion for building relationships that deliver long-term results.
- Agile and adaptable, able to juggle competing priorities and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
