  • Manage Project Schedule for a Large Transformation Program

The Project Scheduler will be responsible developing and managing the Schedule for large transformation program which will be used for capacity and matrix planning of the project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Project Schedule for the Transformation Program
  • Recommend new processes for tracking project schedules
  • Implement preferred approach/s for managing Schedules
  • Establish consistent schedule views across all projects within the preferred tool/system.
  • Support the governance and quality assurance across multiple work streams
  • Update the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing and reporting on progress achieved

Key Skills

  • 5+ years Project Scheduling in an Enterprise Environment;
  • Demonstrated understanding and extensive experience in the project planning
  • Ability to collect, monitor, integrate, analyse and evaluate complex information
  • Possess high level project management and scheduling skills
  • Must be able to operate at high level and have strong understanding of all Microsoft programs.(eg: Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint,).
  • Attention to detail, and personal drive and initiative to get things done;
