- Manage Project Schedule for a Large Transformation Program
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Project Schedule for the Transformation Program
- Recommend new processes for tracking project schedules
- Implement preferred approach/s for managing Schedules
- Establish consistent schedule views across all projects within the preferred tool/system.
- Support the governance and quality assurance across multiple work streams
- Update the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing and reporting on progress achieved
- 5+ years Project Scheduling in an Enterprise Environment;
- Demonstrated understanding and extensive experience in the project planning
- Ability to collect, monitor, integrate, analyse and evaluate complex information
- Possess high level project management and scheduling skills
- Must be able to operate at high level and have strong understanding of all Microsoft programs.(eg: Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint,).
- Attention to detail, and personal drive and initiative to get things done;
