As our highly valued Application Preparation Officer based in Brisbane your role will be you will be responsible for reviewing and processing Home Loan applications lodged by our Broker partners and verifying the details in accordance with Great Southern Bank’s credit risk policy.
While providing operational support to our Brokers, this role will require a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure our service level agreements are met.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Processing broker applications, hotline support, accreditations, commissions, government scheme quality assurance and the end-to-end Consumer Lending (verification and funding) tasks
- Being self-managed, motivating and encouraging, and delivering to deadlines
- Having Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think laterally and objectively assess all relevant factors from both the customer, Broker and Great Southern Banks perspective
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services with strong knowledge of lending products and services with experience in income, expense, liability and asset verification
- Strong commitment to customer service and a commitment to delivering customer experience excellence
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
