Reporting to the CEO, the Chief People Officer will lead end-to-end HR across all core functions:
• Human Resources
• Industrial Relations
• Payroll
• Learning & Development
• Work Health & Safety
Adding strategic value through contemporary workforce thinking and quality management. This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that support organisational transformation.
Seeking a proven HR executive with change management experience in complex, workforce-intensive environments. Strong understanding of industrial relations in unionised environments. Track-record in managing front-line service delivery workforce. Proven capability of developing contemporary workforce strategies.
