The Role
We’re on the hunt for a savvy eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge growth across our global online playground. From driving high-performing marketing campaigns to owning the day-to-day magic of our websites worldwide, this is your chance to make an impact in a high growth business environment.
Reporting to our Digital Director, you'll partner with key players across our Marketing, Merch Planning, Finance, and Logistics teams to bring the Honey Birdette red carpet experience to life online. A day in the life of our eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager entails..
- Steering the global website trading calendar and making real-time decisions to drive daily sales
- Collaborating with Marketing, Planning, and Merch teams to align on campaign launches, promotions, and product drops
- Working with digital agencies to optimise paid media campaigns and improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
- Leading the charge on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) with data-driven A/B testing and UX enhancements
- Managing product uploads, homepage refreshes, and content updates across all regional sites
- Briefing Creative and Social teams to ensure campaign assets are optimised for performance and on-brand
- Monitoring performance dashboards (think GA4, Shopify, Meta) and turning insights into action
- Scoping and prioritising new website features that elevate the customer experience
- Coaching and mentoring a passionate eComm team to hit goals and grow their skillsets
- Juggling projects, deadlines, and agency relationships—all while keeping the customer at the heart of everything
- Proven experience in a high-performing eCommerce business, ideally in fashion or retail.
- Strong track record in managing digital and performance marketing campaigns with clear commercial outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills with a deep understanding of web analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion drivers
- Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to brief and collaborate with content and creative teams.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
