Who we're looking for:
Oracle Fusion Middleware Admin
Assist in the administration and support of Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
Gather and analyze information related to the implementation and operation of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Participate in documentation reviews and technical discussions to understand existing middleware platforms and contribute to transition activities.
Help maintain and update operational documentation such as System Understanding Documents (SUDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support middleware operations readiness in alignment with project timelines.
Middleware Operations & Support
Perform daily administration tasks for Oracle Fusion Middleware, including:
Monitoring system health and performance
Assisting in code and configuration deployments
Managing backups and recovery processes
Supporting performance tuning and optimization
Handling middleware installation, configuration, and patching
Responding to incidents and service requests
Supporting availability and capacity management
Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues in production and non-production environments.
Oracle CCB Consultant/Specialist
Job Description:
Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) solutions for utility clients.
Works closely with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Provides expertise in CCB modules, batch processes, and system enhancements to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Skills: Oracle CCB, SQL, Java, Utilities domain knowledge, system configuration, business analysis, troubleshooting.
Additional Requirements:
Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
