We are looking for a Modern Desktop Support Specialist to join our busy IT Team. In this team you will be providing day-to-day functional and technical support for all end-user compute technologies across the organisation. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement to enhance the user experience.

We are looking for a Modern Desktop Support Specialist to join our busy IT Team. In this team you will be providing day-to-day functional and technical support for all end-user compute technologies across the organisation. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement to enhance the user experience.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Offering first and second-level support for laptops, mobile devices, and meeting room technology.
- Administering user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Azure and related systems.
- Working with the IT team to implement and support new technologies and solutions.
- Developing and facilitating Microsoft and technology productivity training sessions.
- Documenting and maintaining precise records of support requests and resolutions.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support to end-users.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering productivity training sessions.
- Certifications in Microsoft end-user compute technologies.
- Experience with Office 365, Intune, Active Directory and Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience with IT service management software
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
