Your role
As a Workday Functional Consultant within our PBS – Oracle team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.
You will play a key role in:
- Provide support for Workday application modules, including, Workday HCM, Absence, Compensation , Workday Recruiting , Workday Time Tracking , Workday Help , Workday Integrations - Troubleshooting
- Support Workday integration interfaces (15+), including issue analysis, testing, and coordination with third-party systems like Chris21 Payroll system.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions for recurring issues.
- Participate in the planning, testing, and rollout of Workday bi-annual releases, ensuring compatibility and feature adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date support documentation and SOPs related to Workday modules and processes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Workday support and track resolutions as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service management and automation
Your profile
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM
- Deep understanding of Workday HCM functional modules,
- Proven experience with Service Management disciplines, including: Incident, Problem, Service Request Management and Minor enhancements & Release Management and Regression Testing and Application Monitoring
- Experience with support tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
- Workday certification(s) in any relevant module.
- Exposure to Workday Finance, Adaptive Planning and Workday Help modules is desirable
- Experience in working with third-party systems and integrated environments like Chris21 Payroll system
