Supervisor

Rivareno Gelato is a high quality gelateria in the Sydney region with an enviable reputation. We are hiring enthusiastic, hardworking staff with a passion for customer service and supervising (and of course gelato) to join our existing team. For this role you will be required to work weekdays and weekends.

• Experience in hospitality, or gelateria preferred and as a supervisor or manager
• Passion for the service industry and an interest in food
• Can-do attitude is essential, lead and be an example, good problem solver
• Friendly, bubbly personality is essential
• Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
• Punctuality is essential
• Can work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Well-presented & safety conscious - exemplary hygiene required
• Excellent communication skills, know how to talk and help people to work better
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Happy to work days, nights and weekends
