About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll help keep our finances running smoothly by taking ownership of billing, payments, and account reconciliation. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in healthcare finance while supporting clients with empathy and professionalism. Your attention to detail and initiative will help shape positive client outcomes and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Issue and manage accurate customer invoice- s Reconcile payments and update account record
- s Follow up on outstanding debt
- s Maintain up-to-date customer informatio
- n Prepare aged debtor and AR status report
- s Assist with month-end tasks and reconciliation

Skills & Experience
Proven accounts receivable or finance admin experienc- e Excellent accuracy and attention to detai
- l Strong written and verbal communication skill
- s Confident using financial systems and Exce
- l Customer service skills with a problem-solving mindse
