We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join a government client’s ICT Infrastructure Business Unit, part of its broader Information Services Division. This unit is responsible for the management and support of servers, networking, end-user computing (EUC), and associated support services.
The role will support the development and delivery of several critical projects including:
The Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in aligning and improving business processes and systems. This will be achieved through effective analysis, thorough documentation, and support for the implementation of technology-driven change initiatives.

- PC as a Service (PCaaS)
- Internet & Telephony as a Service
- Cloud Services
The Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in aligning and improving business processes and systems. This will be achieved through effective analysis, thorough documentation, and support for the implementation of technology-driven change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyse current infrastructure and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional and technical specifications to support solution design and delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement documents and vendor engagement processes.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
- Experienced in ICT infrastructure environments with a strong understanding of servers, networks, and EUC.
- Skilled in business analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in modern cloud and telephony technologies, ideally including Microsoft Azure.
- Familiar with public sector compliance, procurement processes, and large-scale technology rollouts.
