About the role:

Located in Melbourne, this position presents an exceptional opportunity to become a key contributor within a dynamic and collaborative team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated administrative group, delivering comprehensive support to our Assurance & Advisory Division. Your role will involve assisting three Partners and the broader team, ensuring seamless administrative operations and contributing to the division's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising meetings, including preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
  • Sorting, recording and delivering the team's mail;
  • Assisting with client bills;
  • General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers and office reception duties;
  • Answering the telephones and checking voicemail messages;
  • Deliveries for the office as required;
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation as required;
  • Assist with marketing activities for the division;
  • Processing of new client applications; and
  • Diary management.

About you:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who is highly organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs will ensure the smooth functioning of our Assurance & Advisory Division.

Experience & Attributes

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office packages

Education Requirements

Essential

  • Completion of Year 12

Desirable

  • Certificate in Business Administration
