  • Work closely with product managers, ML engineers, and domain experts

Responsibilities

  • Build large-scale, impactful digital applications using modern tech stacks.
  • Empower internal teams to build AI products faster and safer.
  • Lead the development of strategic programs of work, including POCs.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team including developers, testers, marketing product management and customers to create new solutions, facilitate feedback and achieve design decisions
  • Ensure consistency of application appearances using style guides and help enforce established standards and best practices
  • Ensure design elements, templates and solutions work for a variety of browser types and screen settings
  • Estimate level of effort during sprint planning, evaluate open source options of similar technologies, and offer suggestions

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working on TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL & React. React Native is a good to have.
  • Experience operating microservices in the DevSecOps model.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with concepts like model interpretability, fairness, robustness, and secure AI deployment.
  • Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Delivery environments.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and web services
  • Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience in test driven development, continuous integration and deployment practices
