Sharp and Carter are currently representing a well know Brisbane based organisation to source 2 x Change Managers to play a key role in delivery change across a multi year transformation. The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans across the organisations strategic project and program portfolio. Both roles are day rate 12 month contracts with an ideal start date of 1/07/25.
About The Role
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience working across complex projects and Programs with competing priorities in an evolving environment. Stakeholder management skills is a must with the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders both verbally and in writing. Ideally you will have experience with change management of both Business and Technology based projects. Finally, Prosci Certified Practitioner qualification is highly desirable accompanied by any related tertiary qualifications.

About The Role
- Work within the organisations Change Management Framework to lead change management activities across the organisation’s portfolio and opportunity lifecycle
- Lead change management activities across multiple, concurrent projects and/or programs within a delivery work stream, ensuring a cohesive change management approach is taken that considers cumulative change impacts
- Work with the project team, business leaders and employees to understand and map change impacts and stakeholder change readiness
- Develop practical, bespoke change management strategies and plans that help the project and business mitigate change impacts
- Lead the implementation of said change management strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement, communication and learning and development activities, by collaborating with internal centres of excellence
- Engage with and provide guidance to stakeholders including sponsors, project owners, project delivery teams and business leaders on the integration of change management activities into project delivery
- Identify change risks and resistance to change, and develop mitigating strategies and tactics
- Provide coaching to project management resources regarding contemporary change management activities, in order to enhance change management capability within the team
- Support the Culture & Change team to enhance organisational change maturity by participating in change communities of practice, providing mentoring to junior change management resources, and participating in other team-based and organisational activities as required.
