About The Role

As the Enterprise Risk Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of a contemporary Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk, this role offers a rare opportunity to build your career in a highly supportive and mission-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Maintaining and configuring risk management systems and dashboards.
  • Supporting the delivery of risk training and capability uplift programs.
  • Facilitating risk identification and assessment activities across strategic, operational, and project domains.
  • Monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) and contributing to continuous improvement of risk processes.
  • Supporting business continuity planning and resilience initiatives.

About You:

This role is ideal for someone early in their enterprise risk career who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about making an impact through effective risk management.

You’ll Bring

  • A genuine interest in developing your risk management skills and expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools or risk systems is a bonus.
  • Previous exposure to governance, risk, audit or compliance environments (desirable but not essential).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, law, governance or related fields (completed or in progress).
