Make a difference as Pricing Analyst
As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll support the Motor portfolio by integrating actuarial models into the Earnix rating engine, developing pricing algorithms, and performing data analysis to guide pricing strategies. You’ll also help build monitoring reports and collaborate with teams across product, portfolio, and data to deliver effective, market-ready pricing solutions
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, offering a hybrid work environment. With our offices based nationally you can choose your base location: Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne)

About You
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who’s passionate about data, analytics, and solving real-world problems. You’ll possess strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Exposure to R, Python, SAS, or SQL
- Actuarial Degree or Tertiary qualifications in an analytical field
- Strong technical/analytical skills and multi-dimensional problem-solving
- Excellent written communication and document development
- Blend of technical capability and learning agility
- An understanding of pricing techniques and models such as GLMs or GBMs
- Experience in insurance data analysis and Microsoft Excel highly desirable
