Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and strategic FSM Sales Lead to spearhead our growth in the field service management space. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with companies seeking to modernize and optimize their field operations. The ideal candidate has deep experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions—especially FSM or workforce management software—and excels at building relationships with operations leaders, IT stakeholders, and C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, product demos, proposal development, and deal closing.
  • Identify and target high-potential customers in industries such as utilities, telecom, construction, HVAC, facilities management, and maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment between product features and customer needs.
  • Educate prospects on the value of FSM solutions, including benefits like improved scheduling, reduced downtime, workforce visibility, and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Develop account strategies, build strong pipelines, and maintain accurate forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Stay current on FSM industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and other lead generation events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 12–15 years of sales or business development experience, with a strong focus on SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven success selling FSM, ERP, CRM, or operational management solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to engage both technical and operational buyers, from field managers to C-level executives.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, as needed.


Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with FSM tools such as ServiceMax, Oracle Field Service, Salesforce Field Service, or similar platforms.
  • Domain knowledge in field operations, dispatch management, mobile workforce enablement, or IoT.
  • Experience working in or selling to field-heavy industries (e.g., energy, manufacturing, healthcare, or telecom).
