With our former CCO recently elevated to CEO, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our next phase of ambitious growth and strategic evolution. This is a rare opportunity to inherit a strong foundation and propel a well-established business into new markets and enhanced capabilities.

Reporting directly to our newly appointed CEO, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our commercial strategy, with a broad span of control across client engagement, business development, marketing, and product positioning. Your mandate will be clear: expand our market presence, strengthen our value proposition, maximise client lifetime value, and enhance the Experteq client experience across our core and growth sectors.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive top-line growth by integrating and optimising sales, marketing, client success, and engagement strategies across Experteq's diverse client portfolio.
  • Market Expansion: Build on our deep heritage in highly regulated industries including banking, finance, corporate, and government sectors and lead our expansion into new, high-potential markets.
  • Client-Centric Growth: Champion a framework that deepens relationships, improves retention, and expands our share of wallet, particularly with our unique client relationships, including mutual banks who are also shareholders.

Who You Are

You are a proven commercial leader with significant experience in IT services, managed services, or similar regulated industries. You possess:

  • A strong track record in sales leadership, client retention, and market expansion across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape across banking, finance, and government.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional commercial teams (sales, marketing, client success, partnerships) with a strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to act as a key spokesperson for Experteq in the market.
  • A collaborative, values-led approach, focused on accountability and driving high performance.
