Senior CRM Consultant – Oracle Service Cloud RightNow - Adelaide

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Service Cloud RightNow to lead and support CRM solutions within a complex and integrated IT environment. You will play a key role in the design, configuration, and support of customer experience platforms, ensuring high data integrity, seamless integrations, and excellent user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, administer, and support Oracle Service Cloud RightNow CRM systems
• Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Work with large volumes of data to ensure high data quality, accuracy, and reporting performance
• Collaborate with business users to refine requirements and develop integration solutions
• Quickly integrate into cross-functional teams and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives
• Operate independently with strong time management and accountability
• Lead, mentor, and support junior IT team members to uplift team capability

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience with Oracle Service Cloud RightNow CRM platform
• Experience in delivering and supporting CRM systems in integrated, enterprise-scale environments
• Strong skills in data quality management, data analysis, and CRM reporting
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and design fit-for-purpose CRM solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability in IT teams

Desirable Skills

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
