We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Sydney, providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of sales activities across the ANZ market.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with our Sales and Retail teams, consolidating reports, supporting internal events, coordinating travel and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Your expertise in Excel and PowerPoint will be critical in driving reporting efficiency and presentation quality across the business.

Job responsibilities
- Maintain internal trackers and reports using advanced Excel skills (e.g., sales performance data, incentives, KPIs).
- Prepare and format high-quality presentations in PowerPoint for key meetings and conferences.
- Act as the first point of contact for interdepartmental and vendor requests.
- Coordinate administration for the Sales and Retail team, including travel bookings, expense management, and meeting logistics.
- Support internal and external event planning, including national conferences, awards dinners, and training sessions.
- Assist with store registry updates, incentive tracking, and internal communication.
- 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative or coordination role, ideally within luxury retail or beauty.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills – you’re confident with formulas, formatting, and creating polished, data-driven decks.
- High level of organization and initiative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional approach.
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative and service-driven mindset.
- Passion for the luxury retail and beauty industry.
