We’re looking for a Head of who can lead retail and eComm strategy like a maestro. Someone who lives and breathes sales, customer experience, and can turn a warehouse conundrum into a white glove win.
You’ll be managing multiple locations, ageing stock, category strategies, cash flow, supply chain, people, and a team of fanatical personalities who are just as obsessed with music as you are.
Expect strong opinions, passionate debates, and the freedom to build something special – provided you can back your thinking with action.
The Gig
You’ll lead the charge across bricks and clicks – retail and online. Set the strategy, manage margins, and drive growth.
You’ll collaborate with your fellow execs and stakeholders who care deeply. But don’t always agree.
You’ll own performance metrics and make commercial decisions that move the needle.
Leading employee and customer experience, you’ll inspire teams (all musos by the way), who want to be part of something special.
Be part creative, part operational, and fully across every element of what makes a modern retail experience (including online) unforgettable.

- You’ve led multi-site retail ops and know eCommerce inside-out.
- You’ve grown a business (or two), built a team (or five), and made it all profitable.
- You get the logistics headaches. But you know how to solve them.
- You can analyse a P&L, charm a supplier, clear the dead stock, and still make it to soundcheck.
- You’re a natural communicator, creative thinker, and likely a muso yourself.
- You can build a solid business case in your head, and get the point across without a formal presentation.
