This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. You will be responsible for the formulation, development and delivery of enterprise strategy and strategic priorities at Pilbara Ports.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Pilbara Ports enterprise strategy with the Strategy Manager, Executive General Manager Customer & Strategy, Executive and Board.
- Lead the development of long-term strategy, as well as the development and review of strategic priorities (e.g. port development strategy, port growth strategies and port tenanting strategies).
- Work collaboratively with business areas to coordinate inputs into strategy development and organisational deliverables and priorities.
- Undertake high-level research and analysis to identify solutions for complex opportunities and problems.
- Develop, engage, consolidate, influence and communicate Pilbara Ports’ strategic framework, strategic roadmap and strategic development process across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in business strategy, planning, business management, or similar.
- Proven success developing, refining, and assisting with executing long-term strategic business initiatives in alignment with the company's vision.
- Demonstrated success connecting operations with strategy in a multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyse complex opportunities and problems and identify successful actions and solutions.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the production of clear, concise and logical reporting
