As Branch Manager, you’ll take charge of both strategic leadership and day-to-day operations of our rental branch. You’ll foster a high-performing team culture, develop trusted partnerships with local and state-based clients, and ensure the branch meets its financial, operational, and risk objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture aligned to ORIX’s values and behaviours.
- Manage branch performance across utilisation, profitability, compliance, and customer service.
- Drive local customer acquisition and retention through tailored fleet and mobility solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement business growth strategies and ensure risk mitigation.
- Monitor key financial and operational indicators, reporting monthly to senior leadership.
- Work closely with Business Development and National Accounts teams to position ORIX for new opportunities.
- A background in rental operations, fleet management, asset finance, or mobility.
- Proven experience managing a branch or sales/account management team.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
- A people-first leadership style that inspires, motivates, and aligns teams.
- Ability to think strategically and act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in customer service and operational delivery.
