The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, our People and Culture Manager cultivates culture and workforce planning to encourage a dynamic, high-performing work environment, ensuring our employees feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed—while ensuring compliance and driving long-term business success.
This role is offered on a part-time basis, with a commitment of 30 hours per week required.

The Role

Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading end-to-end workforce planning, from recruitment and onboarding to succession planning.
- Developing programs that promote wellbeing, recognition, retention, and career growth.
- Supporting managers in people leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy application.
- Driving initiatives to enhance belonging, equity, and inclusive practices across all teams.
- Partnering with leadership to align people strategies with our hospitality-driven mission and values.
- Senior management experience in People and Culture and/or Human Resources - ideally within hospitality or service-driven industries
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of employment legislation and workforce best practices
- A collaborative and empathetic with a solutions-focused mindset
- Tertiary qualification in a related subject
- Passion for creating memorable employee experiences and inclusive work environments
