Reporting to the Technical Training Specialist, the purpose of the role is to develop and deliver Technical training for the Nissan range of products and technologies to Dealership staff across Australia and New Zealand.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver hands on and digital technical training programs to dealership and service staff
- Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technology, diagnostics, and electric vehicle systems
- Design and develop technical training content in line with Nissan global standards
- Coach and support technicians in their certification and upskilling journey
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align training delivery with business needs
- Develop technical competence in Nissan technicians and workshops, supporting the achievement of F1 and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work with the team to deliver training in accordance with the annual training plan, with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Work with region staff and Dealerships to maximise staff engagement and attendance at training events.
- Assure that contemporary adult learning principles are applied to maximise the effectiveness of learning outcomes and training activities.
- Automotive trade qualification or equivalent technical background
- Proven technician and Service Department experience
- Strong communication and facilitation skills—able to engage all learning styles
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus
- Strong computer skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint
