The Role

We’re seeking a driven and client-focused Residential Mortgage Broker to join our expanding Debt Advisory team. In this position you’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate the home loan process with confidence. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, sourcing suitable lending solutions from a broad panel of lenders and managing the application process from start to finish. As a Residential Mortgage Broker, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Manage inbound referrals from internal teams of the firm
  • Provide expert advice on residential lending solutions, including owner-occupier, investment, refinancing, and restructuring
  • Manage the end-to-end loan process from initial consultation through to settlement and post-settlement care
  • Maintain relationships with clients in the existing loan book, ensuring proactive reviews, retention, and satisfaction
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and internal policies across all loan files
As our new team member, you will have:
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
  • Full broker accreditation (or eligible to become accredited within 1 month)
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a residential mortgage broking or lending role
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong understanding of lender products, policies, and the Australian credit environment
  • Highly organised with attention to compliance and documentation standards
  • Professional and ethical, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
