Group Description: Design Responsible AI strategy and operating model to drive efficient scaling for the use of AI responsibly, for clients across sectors. Conduct AI Maturity assessment for clients by benchmarking AI capabilities and practices against industry leading practices. Provide advisory for effective and responsible use of AI to achieve organizational strategic goals.

Project Description / Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement Responsible AI strategy for effective scaling of AI systems in a manner that is safe, trustworthy, and ethical
  • Benchmark AI capabilities and practices against local & global industry peers; Identify focus areas for enhancement
  • Provide and implement actionable recommendations for effective use of AI technologies to enhance customer experience, bring in operational efficiencies and mitigating AI related risks
  • Design and implement AI Governance Operating Model including scope, composition, cadence, roles & responsibilities for enterprise and BU level AI forums
  • Enhance AI data governance and maturity frameworks
  • Assess and uplift procurement processes, vendor assessments and on-boarding process for AI products and services


  • Key Skills:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
  • Experience : 6-8 years
  • Knowledge of AI Governance structures, approval forums
  • Experience in implementing Responsible AI principles such as Fairness, Transparency, Explainability, Sustainability, as well as data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of AI related risks and controls
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering complex AI projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to ethical AI practices and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
