Duties and responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of Commercial Property and Liability claims
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value claims
- Deliver timely, clear, and empathetic communication to clients
- Advocate for clients throughout the claims process
- Collaborate with a high-performing national claims team
- Ensure all claims are handled in line with company standards and compliance requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property and liability claims
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage claims independently and professionally
- A client-first mindset with strong attention to detail
