Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations across multiple strata properties
• Building positive rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Guiding on Strata Titles Act and By-Law compliance
• Delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage property maintenance schedules
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Experience / knowledge in strata management
• Strong knowledge of strata law and a passion for sharing it
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• A can-do attitude and a love for collaboration
• Must be residing in Perth, WA with full unrestricted working rights. **
