- This is a Full time 12 month fixed contract only. All qualified applicants MUST reside in or in close proximity to Melbourne, AUS**
You will work with the client’s stakeholders and implementation teams to scope out their functional requirements for the Timegate product and manage the overall project. You will facilitate workshops and document the requirements and proceed to business sign off. Where additional resources are required (e.g. custom development) you will coordinate with colleagues in R&D and sales to ensure these activities occur within the project timeline. Thereafter you will configure the solution as per specification, provide training and go-live assistance. Once successfully implemented a smooth hand-over to the Customer Success Manager will finalise the project.
You should have excellent organisational, communication, demonstration, and analytical skills, combined with strong technical ability and attention to detail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide high quality Technical consultancy services to customers achieving operational outcomes and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Implementation of software in line with the contract and statement of work.
- Working with clients to analyse and understand non-functional technical requirements ensuring that all products and services meet these requirements and are supportable
- Clarifying a client's specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business to configure the software accordingly
- Supporting the customer through business change using technology and process improvements.
- Deliver solutions and integrations as per agreed designs on time and on budget
- Working with Customer Success and Sales colleagues to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding process that exceeds customer expectations
- Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and customers
- Consistently deliver expert knowledge of WorkWave products and services through training and solution delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or business related field desirable
- 2+ years of experience conducting Software Implementations in SaaS businesses
- Experienced in training clients on new processes and software
- Experience in T&A, Workforce Management, and/or Payroll advantageous
- Knowledge of the Cleaning, Facilities Management and/or Security industries advantageous
- Know how to manage stakeholder expectations and conflicting priorities while keeping things in perspective and maintaining composure
- Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to the appropriate level
- Must be situationally aware and escalate issues to management as appropriate
- Promote a positive image of WorkWave at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance at all times
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- To undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably delegated by your Manager in light of skill set and capabilities in order to maximise the company’s goals and objectives
