Are you passionate about cutting-edge networking technologies and ready to take your expertise to the next level? We’re looking for a Network Specialist who will act as a key technical liaison between our client and Accenture. In this role, you'll support enterprise-grade infrastructure, deliver seamless service across network, security, and cloud environments, and continuously drive operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a dedicated technical interface between the client and Accenture, ensuring high-quality service and support.
Provide operational support and continuous service improvement across LAN, WAN, Cloud, and Network Security technologies.
Define, analyze, and resolve client issues with precision and professionalism using ITIL best practices.
Manage priorities, incidents, changes, and problems in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Technical Expertise Required:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure)
Network Security (Firewalls, Cisco ISE)
Cisco Meraki LAN, Aruba & Cisco Wireless
Cisco LAN/Data Center Switching, HP Switching
Routing & Switching, F5 Load Balancers
DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI Solutions)
Network Monitoring and ITSM Tools
Professional Attributes:
Strong client engagement skills with the ability to define requirements and implement timely solutions.
A proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in IT, Electronics, or Telecommunications)
5–8 years of enterprise network management experience
Minimum 3 years in a managed network services role
ITIL v4 Certification (preferred)
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Python or Ansible for network automation
