Due to continuing growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our award-winning Business & Fleet Department in Doncaster.

A Fleet administrator is a core role in our fleet operation. Responsible for the day-to-day processing of our large corporate accounts whilst ensuring we provide our customers with an exceptional level of service. Working within a strong, highly experienced team you will be responsible for the taxing, organising the delivery of and invoicing of our corporate orders. Experience in a similar role is desired but not essential, more important to the role is an eye for detail, organisational skills and a good understanding of customer service.

Role Responsibilities

  • Keeping our customers updated on the progress of their orders
  • Contacting customers to arrange the delivery of their car
  • Registering and invoicing the vehicle in anticipation of delivery
  • Assisting customers with specification and lead time queries
  • Processing new orders when received from the sales team
  • Checking support payments on new vehicle registrations

What We Are Looking For From You

  • Self-Motivated and highly organised
  • Computer Literate
  • Accuracy in day-to-day work
  • Capable of working under pressure to reach deadlines

Experience using Microsoft 365, more specifically Excel
