Apprentice Vehicle Technician - Volvo

We are excited to offer a Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship program for individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in the automotive industry. Join us, and kickstart your journey towards becoming a skilled Volvo Vehicle Technician. You’ll be based at our prestige Volvo dealership in Doncaster, and typically work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Program Overview
Our Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship program provides a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience in the world of automotive repair and maintenance. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn from experienced technicians: Work alongside seasoned professionals who will mentor you and provide valuable on-the-job training.
Gain practical skills: Acquire the skills and knowledge needed to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles.
Develop a strong foundation: Build a solid foundation in automotive systems, parts, tools, and industry standards.
Classroom instruction: Attend structured classroom sessions to complement your hands-on experience.
Career advancement: Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to join our team as a fully qualified Motor Technician.

What You’ll Need
- You’ll have (or are predicted to achieve) GCSE (or equivalent) grade A\*-C or 9-4 in Maths and English.
- A strong interest in automotive repair and a passion for working with vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence or the ability to obtain one during the apprenticeship.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to professional growth.
