About the Role
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the heart of our Adelaide operations – ensuring our space is welcoming, our team is well-supported, and our workplace culture continues to thrive. This is a dynamic, high-trust role for someone who takes ownership, communicates with clarity, and brings energy and professionalism to every task.
From managing executive support, coordinating travel and events, to supporting our philanthropic and Family Office activities, you’ll be involved in every corner of the business. No two days will be the same – and your impact will be felt company-wide.
Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Adelaide Office
- Manage suppliers, maintenance, shared spaces, and supplies
- Coordinate office events, catering, and internal logistics
Executive & Family Office Support
- Provide support to Directors and Executives
- Assist with Family Office administration and philanthropic initiatives
- Coordinate correspondence, records, and stakeholder engagement
Travel Coordination
- Manage our corporate travel platform and vendor relationships
- Organise cost-effective, efficient travel arrangements
- Support travel reimbursements and compliance
Culture, Events & People Development
- Support internal communications and engagement campaigns
- Coordinate training events, retreats, and celebrations Champion culture-building initiatives with the Brand & Culture team
About You
You’re a doer, a connector, and a trusted go-to who brings calm to chaos and thrives on variety. You’re highly organised, people-savvy, and love creating an environment where others can do their best work.
- Proven experience in office management, executive support or business admin
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- High emotional intelligence and professional discretion
- Confident using Microsoft Office and tech platforms
- Experience in travel, events or people engagement A positive, proactive, solutions-focused mindset
