About The Role
As Mable’s digital content producer, you will be responsible for helping create an exceptional website experience, with a particular focus on the customer acquisition experience. Working closely with marketing, CX designers and developers, you’ll understand customer and stakeholder needs, write content that engages and educates our customers, and publish web pages. We’re looking for someone who can help champion best-practice digital experiences while keeping a focus on what our customers need to know about aged care and disability support.

About The Role
As Mable’s digital content producer, you will be responsible for helping create an exceptional website experience, with a particular focus on the customer acquisition experience. Working closely with marketing, CX designers and developers, you’ll understand customer and stakeholder needs, write content that engages and educates our customers, and publish web pages. We’re looking for someone who can help champion best-practice digital experiences while keeping a focus on what our customers need to know about aged care and disability support.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and produce a best-practice digital experience on Mable’s website, with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, CX and developers to provide innovative solutions in implementing website campaigns, including producing web pages using WordPress CMS.
- Ownership of the Mable website Help Centre, including working with Product, Customer Operations and Marketing teams to write and update articles for new features.
- Writing website landing page copy, incorporating business, legal and marketing requirements.
- Monitor, analyse and improve the website experience, including site performance and customer feedback, and work with internal stakeholders to prioritise and implement changes.
- Identify opportunities to test and implement improvements to the website experience, and contribute to driving a culture of strategic digital experimentation.
- Work closely with the wider Mable Growth team to understand the overarching business strategy, and identify opportunities to implement these strategic initiatives online.
- Develop a solid understanding of the Mable customer experience across all touchpoints, including legal and brand considerations, and ensure the website helps deliver this experience.
- Identify and help to implement improvements to website accessibility.
- 3+ years experience as a content producer, including solid copywriting skills and hands-on CMS publishing experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital content marketing, including SEO and testing.
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of Google Analytics and gaining actionable insights out of reports.
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing business requests.
- Experience across lead generation and B2C/B2B2C marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
