Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of loans to ensure timely repayments and reduce risk
• Analysing loan data to identify process improvements and opportunities
• Delivering high-quality customer service, resolving queries and issues quickly
• Liaising with internal departments to streamline loan operations
• Ensuring accurate and compliant recordkeeping and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in loan management or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant loan management platforms
