The opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team during an exciting and busy growth phase. This is a 6-month fixed term contract, based in Melbourne, with the potential to go permanent.
You will be the go-to for all things recruitment across our Product and Finance teams, managing the full recruitment lifecycle with energy, ownership, and a laser focus on experience - for both candidates and hiring teams.
What you'll do day to day:
You’ve got proven recruitment experience — ideally a blend of agency and in-house — though we’re also open to someone ready to make their first move into internal TA.
You’ll be managing a diverse portfolio of roles, so we’re looking for someone with strong curiosity and commercial acumen to quickly grasp each brief and confidently source, assess, and select the right talent.
