Our client is seeking a dedicated and dependable Receptionist for their Melbourne office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team on a 6-month contract, working part-time for three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.
As a Receptionist, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's Melbourne office. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from answering phones and directing calls to managing mail and office meeting room calendars.

As a Receptionist, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's Melbourne office. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from answering phones and directing calls to managing mail and office meeting room calendars.
- Answering phones, screening calls and directing them where necessary
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Managing emails – scanning and emailing credit related mail
- Managing office meeting room calendars
- Providing office support for wider office
- Maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with event planning
- Managing new starters' system set up and facilities
- Raising PR’s/ PO’s and handling supplier invoices/approvals
- Recent Administrative experience
- Recent experience within corporate environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a ast-paced environment
