In this impactful leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving program outcomes, customer experience, and team performance
- Leading and supporting Team Managers and their teams across multiple sites
- Ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements and KPIs
- Building and maintaining key relationships with government (DEWR), employers, and community partners
- Overseeing budgets and financial sustainability of the program
- Collaborating with internal support teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement
You’re a strategic leader with experience delivering government-funded programs, ideally in employment or training. Known for your ability to inspire, collaborate, and deliver, you balance operational priorities with strategic foresight.
To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Bring
- A qualification in leadership, business, or related fields (desirable)
- 3+ years of success leading government-contracted service delivery, ideally within Employment Services
- High-level knowledge of Workforce Australia Deed
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in meeting complex operational, financial, and compliance outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — you're able to unite teams and connect meaningfully with senior stakeholders
- Experience balancing business needs, contractual obligations, and community impact
- A future-focused mindset – able to turn strategy into action and influence continuous improvement
