About The Role
As the Digital Specialist for Paid Social, you will be working closely with the Senior Manager to execute the performance strategy across paid social with the opportunity to tap into new channels. You will be responsible for implementing the paid social strategy, campaign ideation and daily account management across channels like Meta, LinkedIn and more. With a focus on the Mable brand, you’ll also lend your expertise to build out the performance strategy for our group of brands including HomeMade.

About The Role
As the Digital Specialist for Paid Social, you will be working closely with the Senior Manager to execute the performance strategy across paid social with the opportunity to tap into new channels. You will be responsible for implementing the paid social strategy, campaign ideation and daily account management across channels like Meta, LinkedIn and more. With a focus on the Mable brand, you’ll also lend your expertise to build out the performance strategy for our group of brands including HomeMade.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the paid digital strategy across various social channels, primarily focusing on Meta Ads
- Daily management of Meta ads campaigns including creating, optimising and analysing performance, maintaining account hygiene and implementing a test & learn framework
- Effective budget planning and management across the different accounts and campaigns
- Support the Senior Manager with the paid digital strategy to identify new channels and growth opportunities
- Brief the in-house Creative Studio team to develop assets that align with brand guidelines and best practices to achieve the performance metrics
- Campaign reporting and analysing performance to identify new opportunities within the channels
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- 4+ years experience in developing, executing and optimising paid social strategies
- Hands-on experience managing Meta including building out campaigns, setting budgets, targeting and optimisations
- A creative and analytical mindset with the ability to gain actionable insights out of reporting and identify opportunities for growth
- Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience working with creative teams to build channel-first content
- Experience across lead generation and B2C/B2B2C marketing a plus
- Experience across channels outside of Meta (i.e. LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube) a plus
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field is preferred
- Passionate about Tech and making a real impact on people’s lives
