About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head up the middle office function for BOQ Finance’s Asset Finance products. This is an opportunity to shape the way we support lending applications, manage credit risk, and deliver exceptional service to our customers and introducer partners.
In this role, you’ll lead a large team of managers, team leaders, and analysts, ensuring our processes are sharp, our decisions are sound, and our service levels are consistently high.
You’ll work closely with credit, assurance, and business leaders to drive improvements in policy, process, and performance. Whether it’s refining our credit assessment approach, embedding assurance feedback into training, or influencing senior stakeholders on market-aligned policy changes—you’ll be at the centre of it all.
