Job Description:
Lead the SAP Controlling (CO) workstream in the SAP S/4 HANA transformation project, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective SAP CO solutions.
Design and configure SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Ensure integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules including FI, MM, PM, PS and external systems.
Provide expertise in SAP S/4 HANA innovations, such as Universal Journal and real-time reporting, to enhance controlling processes.
Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and user adoption of SAP CO functionalities.
Identify and resolve issues, risks, and challenges related to the SAP CO workstream.
Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration, system interfaces, and custom developments.
Stay updated on SAP S/4 HANA best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Controlling functionalities and innovations.
Proven experience in leading SAP CO workstreams in large-scale transformation projects.
Excellent understanding of financial and controlling processes, including cost management, profitability analysis, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP certification in Controlling or S/4 HANA is a plus.
