Job Description:


  • Lead the SAP Controlling (CO) workstream in the SAP S/4 HANA transformation project, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective SAP CO solutions.
  • Design and configure SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Ensure integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules including FI, MM, PM, PS and external systems.
  • Provide expertise in SAP S/4 HANA innovations, such as Universal Journal and real-time reporting, to enhance controlling processes.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and user adoption of SAP CO functionalities.
  • Identify and resolve issues, risks, and challenges related to the SAP CO workstream.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration, system interfaces, and custom developments.
  • Stay updated on SAP S/4 HANA best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Controlling functionalities and innovations.
  • Proven experience in leading SAP CO workstreams in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Excellent understanding of financial and controlling processes, including cost management, profitability analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP certification in Controlling or S/4 HANA is a plus.
