What are we looking for?
At Slater and Gordon, we have run some of the biggest class actions in Australia. As a member of the class actions team, you will have the opportunity to work across commercial and common law matters including financial services, superannuation, securities, product liability, and major torts. Running large-scale, complex litigation requires a lot of data. Our legal technology team provides expert data management, analysis, and review supporting our lawyers in their work to make it easier for all Australians to have access to justice.

- Analysing, processing, and cleansing group member data
- eDiscovery preparation and management, including the opportunity to gain industry certification
- Consulting with internal and external stakeholders creating customised technology solutions
- Working closely with our Client Engagement Team to deliver a data-driven, personalised client experience.

We are looking for
- Strong technology skills you will be working primarily with MS Excel, SQL, and Python
- Broad familiarity with statistical and data analysis techniques
- Someone who thrives on tackling tricky problems and thinking on their feet
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a large, dynamic team
- Organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent attention to detail
- Current university student pursuing a LLB or JD or a bachelor degree or postgraduate qualification in data science/analytics or business or finance analytics.
