We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team and ensure smooth hotel operations during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests efficiently, ensuring requests are accommodated and accurate information is collected.
- Process check-outs, ensuring charges are correct and appropriate payment methods are used.
- Verify accommodation rates, package types, and market codes, ensuring breakfast and dinner entitlements are updated and posted correctly.
- Reconcile and close the hotel’s daily financials, including accounts receivable/payable.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or hotel operations.
- Independent, proactive, and able to perform without close supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work 4 overnight shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) & First Aid – Essential
- Approved Manager Certification – Preferred
